Begin by selecting your preferred vegetables. Everyone’s choices may vary due to allergies, so please adhere to allergy guidelines. I’m not a doctor, so it’s essential to consult with your healthcare professional before making dietary changes. For me, this juice is a personal choice to incorporate daily greens and fruits. Here are the ingredients I used today (though I often switch it up): 10 Basil leaves 🌿, a generous piece of Ginger, a handful of Fresh Spinach, 2 Cucumbers 🥒, 2-3 Celery stalks, 3 Pineapple slices 🍍, 4 Apples 🍎, a generous amount of Parsley, 1 Lemon 🍋, and 1 Lime. Always wash and dry your produce and opt for Organic when possible. If not, use a cleaning solution. I personally use a mixture of baking soda and apple cider vinegar in a spray bottle.
